The controller is the natural or legal entity that makes decisions, solely or jointly with others, on the purpose and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses and similar).
Withdrawing your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are possible only with your express consent. You may at any time withdraw consent that is already granted. To do this, a simple notification to us by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing undertaken up to the time of withdrawal of consent will not be affected by this withdrawal.
The right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
If the data were processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, you have the right at any time, on grounds relating to your special situation, to object to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. Please see this privacy statement for the legal basis on which the relevant processing is based. Should you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (objection under Article 21(1) of the GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of an infringement of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his/her habitual residence, of his/her workplace or of the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a third party and which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Insofar as you request the direct transmission of the data to another controller, this shall only be carried out where it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential information such as orders or queries, which you send to us, the website operator. You will recognise an encrypted connection where the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the symbol of a lock in your browser line.
When the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you are transmitting to us cannot be read by a third party.
Access, blocking, erasure and rectification
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at all times to have access, free of charge, to your stored personal data, to the origin and recipient of the data and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of these data. You may contact us at any time at the address provided in the Legal Notice in relation to this and any other queries relating to the topic of personal data.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request a restriction of processing of your personal data. To this end, you may contact us at any time at the address provided in the Legal Notice. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:
- If you are contesting the accuracy of the personal data, we generally need time to check this out. For the duration of this check, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
- If the processing of your personal data was/is illegal, instead of requesting the erasure of the data you may request a restriction of processing.
- If we no longer require your personal data but you do require them to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request a restriction of processing instead of the erasure of your personal data.
- Once you have lodged an objection under Article 21(1) of the GDPR, careful consideration must be given to your interests and our interests. For as long as it has not been established which interests are overriding, you have the right to request a restriction of processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or in order to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal entity or for reasons of important public interest relating to the European Union or a Member State.
